Rachel Smoker Cox

Drama & Creative Writing

A graduate of Florida State University, Mrs. Cox began performing in the Fort Lauderdale, Christmas Pageant at the age of 7. She has performed and directed many plays and short films.

Gail Smith

Piano & Improvisation

A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Mrs. Smith is one of the foremost composer/arrangers in the field of sacred piano music. She is also recognized as an outstanding educator in the field of improvisation.

Richard Briggs

Drama & Public Speaking

Mr. Briggs directed theater at Westminster Academy for 3 decades, and has taught for 45 years. Beloved by his students, he has created popular and effective drama & speech courses, and staged countless plays and musicals.

Allison DeMarco

Flute

A graduate of the University of New Mexico,  Mrs. Demarco has been a flutist & teacher for 25 years. She is actively involved in the homeschool community, and has served as an FPEA Director for Palm Beach County.

John Moore

Trumpet

A graduate of Temple University, PA, Mr. Moore has played with the Philadelphia Orchestra, South Florida Symphony, Palm Beach & Miami Symphonies. He is Minister of Music at First Presbyterian Church, Margate.

Dear Friends,

I am delighted to be the new director of Rejoice School of the Arts! It is my hope that it will become a second home to many of you. We are excited about our outstanding faculty, and diverse curriculum  of group classes and private lessons.

It is our prayer, that God will be glorified in everything we do, and that our students will be encouraged to develop their God-given gifts and talents. We also hope that our parents and students will find our teaching atmosphere warm, inviting, and fun!
